i don't know why i always think of that when i think of miami.
i think it's an omlette special at IHOP - but it always makes me laugh.
it's a beautiful day in miami. somewhere near 80 degrees, but i haven't been outside yet.
i'm at a conference for work so it's all work and not much play so far.
we're taking some clients out for dinner tonight, but even that's not play.
it's tiring to be 'on' all the time - but luckily study abroad people can be fun.
not like a conference for accountants.
actually, that's not fair, i don't know any accountants - but you get my gist.
tony and catherine have gone out to find our restauarant for tonight.
i said we were working HARD didn't i?
tony likes to impress so it has to be just so.
EUSA has a reputation of being very high class and high quality - so only the best for our clients.
and more than that, he loves his food.
so all in all - it's a pretty good deal for me.
i'm chairing a presentation on friday morning.
i'm slightly nervous about it because i've never done that before, nor have i been to that many sessions to see how it's done. i'm sure i'll be fine. i've written my speech out and i'm sure i'll wing it on the morning. and i've got some time and a full length mirror to practice in front of! but i'm sure the EUSA dinner on thursday night won't be of much help. nevermind. i almost wish it was earlier in the week though so i could get it over with instead of having it hanging.
ah well. i'm in miami with good people and good food.
i can't complain.
happy wednesday!

Sounds like fun. The weather here in SC has been really warm about mid 70's everyday. Glad I am not in the Ohio snow...We will miss you for turkey day, but I'll have a drink (or 2) in your honor.
Love ya,
Sara
I am sitting in my classroom listening to Hawaiian music and looking at your photo (with your sister) on my desktop display (rain forest in Costa Rica) I wish I was anywhere but where I am sitting right now- so appreciate your travels! Have fun in Florida- you will give a perfect presentation. You are a natural and have been since the age of 9 months when you first put words together. I love you.
