... hello london

so here i am, back in london.
i'm back in my flat just for the afternoon sorting through paperwork and catching up with bills, etc. not the most exciting way to spend my first full day back, but needs to be done! yesterday was a lovely day. the sun was shining, i saw all my friends again, the girls came over for tea and cake in the afternoon, we went for a walk in the park, anna and tom cooked a dinner (dal) in the evening. anna and tom have just bought a new house and i am staying with them for a few weeks until my subletter moves out. they've got an extra bedroom and had it ready for me yesterday! very sweet.

today, sadly, is grey and cold - so feels slightly more depressing. but i'm not going to let the weather get the best of me - i should be used to this after nearly 9 years here!

anyway, i must get back to go for a run with anna - am determined to get back into exercise now that i'm here. not much more to say yet anyway - i'm still holding back from making any decisions one way or the other on how i feel here. watch this space for more of that.
